Powerhouse International

Powerhouse International were formed in 1990 and have appeared all over the world.  Soon after forming they went on a support tour with the Stylistics. This was closely followed by S.H.A.P.E and N.A.T.O shows in Europe.

At the end of the first year the band had landed a sponsorship from Cathay Pacific at the Holiday Inn in Bahrain.

Powerhouse soon became well Known in the Middle East with further shows in Dubai at the Hilton Hotel for two successive New Years Eve‘s which were sponsored by :  Emirates Air and Lufthansa.  Several visits each year to Eilat in Israel by popular demand has put the band well and truly on the  Middle Eastern map.

Since this time the band have had many contracts, notably the:

• Lost City nightclub in Hong Kong
• Kabira club in Kampala, Uganda

Promo tours of:

• The British Isles for American Airlines
• Cruises to Spain with Brittany Ferries
• Kasbah club in Portugal.

They also have complted successful shows at Center Parcs with T.V’s Mr Motivator.
